Xoomi Dubai ("Xoomi", "we", "us") is operated by Xum delivery Dubai. By placing an order, registering as a courier, or otherwise using the Xoomi Dubai platform ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. The governing-law and dispute provisions appear in section 11.
Xoomi provides pickup and delivery services for:
Xum delivery Dubai is the customer's delivery provider under the Xoomi brand, not merely an introduction service. Xoomi arranges collection, transport and handover through its delivery couriers and remains the customer's contact for delivery support.
For direct-order collections, customers order and pay for goods separately with the restaurant, shop, florist or pharmacy. Xoomi's delivery fee does not include those goods. The seller remains responsible for the goods it sells, including preparation and prescription checks; Xoomi provides the delivery service.
Available routes include Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, subject to coverage checks and courier availability. Same-day and scheduled delivery requests are not guaranteed arrival times. Multi-stop delivery is available where offered at checkout. Wholesale purchases and the forthcoming Xoomi Go shopping service are distinct from direct-order courier collections; any additional purchase or vendor terms displayed for those services also apply.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under UAE law to use the Platform. Couriers must hold a valid UAE resident visa or UAE national status, a valid driving licence appropriate to their registered vehicle, and must not have any outstanding regulatory prohibitions on courier activity.
The following items must not be sent via Xoomi Dubai under any circumstances:
Xoomi Dubai reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of containing prohibited items and to report suspected violations to UAE authorities.
Fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) using the driving route and are inclusive of applicable VAT. Single-delivery starting fees are: food AED 10, florist AED 10, groceries AED 12, small parcels AED 20, pharmacy AED 15, documents AED 80 and larger items AED 380. Each includes the first 8 km; additional driving distance costs AED 2 per km, calculated proportionally and rounded to the nearest fils. Each additional drop on a multi-stop route starts at AED 5 for up to 8 km from the previous stop, with the same extra-distance rate. Review the final route quote before confirming.
Choose an available payment option at checkout: pay online before dispatch, or pay by card on delivery. For card-on-delivery bookings, payment must be confirmed before the goods are handed over. Cash is not accepted. The agreed booking fee does not change when a courier is assigned. Future price changes do not retrospectively change existing quoted bookings.
Xoomi does not dispense medicines or provide medical advice. The customer and pharmacy must complete any required prescription and dispensing checks before collection. Senders must declare temperature requirements, provide suitable packaging and confirm that the item is suitable for the requested transport. If specific temperature control is essential, obtain confirmation of suitable arrangements from Xoomi before handover. Selecting a pharmacy service or entering a temperature range does not itself guarantee cold-chain capability, uninterrupted temperature compliance or continuous real-time monitoring.
Couriers performing Xoomi deliveries must maintain the authorisations and insurance required for their work, keep their vehicles roadworthy, comply with UAE traffic laws and act professionally. They must follow the agreed handling and handover instructions and promptly report loss, damage, delays or handling incidents to Xoomi. Where temperature readings are requested, they must be reported accurately. Individual courier employment or contracting arrangements do not change Xoomi's role as the customer's delivery provider.
Orders may be cancelled without charge before a courier is assigned. Once a courier is assigned, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated order fee applies. Refunds for failed deliveries caused by Xoomi Dubai or its couriers will be issued within 7 business days. No refund is available for failed delivery caused by incorrect recipient information provided by the sender.
